Lausanne

More than architecture

The Group's oldest subsidiary, CCHE Lausanne SA, really stands out for its comprehensive range of services which cover every stage of the projects entrusted to it. Landscape architecture, urban planning, architecture, interior architecture, design and implementation – however big or small the project, all these elements are handled by the subsidiary's 220 employees, who combine their technical expertise and creativity to meet customers' needs.

We operate as a general architectural firm with a specialist eye. We pride ourselves on our flexible working methods, multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams, and continuously optimized tools and methodologies. The exchange of ideas and the sharing of experiences and dialogue are at the very heart of our office, and we nurture our strength and potential from continuous interactions and our desire to remain a place where we can create value together. We place special emphasis on working together as a group rather than individually.

Multi-disciplinary collaboration

The principle of two-generation governance is part of our DNA. The first has a wealth of experience and references, while the second brings a sense of innovation and vitality. This, combined with the choice of complementary personalities, has ensured the company's long-term future and independence. CCHE Lausanne is managed by a pool of partners, each of whom brings their own viewpoint, experience, and skills to the ‘architecture in motion’ ethos. They and their teams share a common desire to respond to the demands of their clients in an increasingly tailored and personalized way. This gives rise to projects of differing scales, from a whole neighborhood to an individual object, with architecture as the common thread.

8 nouveaux associés CCHE Lausanne SA

2024 has seen the development of the existing structure with the appointment of eight new partners who have joined the office’s managing partners. This internal development is therefore a qualitative and embedded part of the office's DNA, and once again underlines the commitment and investment of employees in assisting projects and clients.

Synergy between sectors and services

Our teams draw on solid know-how and tools to envision, design, conceive, build and fit out the projects entrusted to them. Combining continuous rigor of concept and great freedom of thought, CCHE's projects are always approached vertically from the moment of inception to completion.

Our multi-disciplinary teams of architects, urban planners, designers and parametric designers, project managers, site managers, landscape architects and environmental and construction specialists have so much more to offer than simple projects. Each development is approached from a cross-disciplinary perspective, giving it vision, coherence, and precision.

Sustainable approach

We always favor an integrated approach. Each project is designed to be functional, sustainable and aesthetically timeless. By working closely with our customers, we create spaces where architecture and human needs come together harmoniously, while remaining respectful of the environment.

Eco Entreprise certified since 2009, CCHE Lausanne embodies a dynamic vision of architecture, where excellence, creativity and sustainability come together to create ambitious, high-quality projects.

Integrated architecture

CCHE draws on its many areas of expertise and complementary tools to ensure quality, resource optimization, cost control, and deadline adherence. The linear evolution between generations, which forms part of our DNA, has enabled the company to structure itself and anticipate the many future challenges of an ever-changing market. One of the aims of our integrated approach is to harmonize and coordinate our various activities to ensure effective synergy, not only within the group, but also with external stakeholders.

A committed community

Alongside constant growth, from both a structural and organizational point of view, the well-being of our employees has always been a top priority for our management. As a result, the human dimension is systematically taken into account when considering the Group's future development plans.

The creation of a close-knit, committed community is based on 3 fundamental principles: belonging, cohesion and a collaborative culture. Since 2018, this culture has prompted the digitization of internal tools and procedures and has encouraged synergies and collaboration between sites. A number of meetings, training courses, and sporting activities also take place throughout the year to maintain links in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
