CCHE Porto combines the rigorous approach of high Swiss quality with the creativity of the Portuguese school aiming for a single goal: to offer a controlled, ambitious and quality architecture. Founded in 2018, by Carolina Azevedo and Michael Pereira as Partners, both Portuguese architects lived and worked in Switzerland, before the beginning of this adventure.
We explore architecture and interior design with a timeless approach that fosters connection between nature, construction and final user. With decades of architectural practice, our expertise in residential, urbanism, commercial, workplace and hospitality, is guided by an innate understanding of space, form, light and materiality.
An integrated perspective ensures every detail is thoughtfully considered, coalescing in work that forges new ground while remaining true to our enduring philosophy and vision.
Our team of 14 architects with different identities, different skills and different professional backgrounds, let us establish a firm and strong framework in which each element strengthens the other. Even if the attitude, in challenging an idea or task, is distinct between ourselves, we are confident that our focus is the same in achieving the best possible outcome.
With a close and personal collaboration during all project stages, we value communication as our main instrument in a design thinking process method that helps us to better understand, frame and solve the complex changes of a project from a human centred perspective to a global scale. We believe that true innovation happens when different perspectives and ideas come together.
