Le Mont-sur-Lausanne

Developed on the basis of the legalized "Le Rionzi" neighborhood plan, the constructions follow the guidelines of the latter, whose primary objectives were to make the most of the site's features while creating a pleasant living environment for future residents and users. Welcoming rental housing, condominiums and commercial surfaces in each of its stages, the district proposes in its last stage a mixed program where each housing unit is linked to a "Work & Live" activity area. Each residential building develops its own typology program offering the Rionzi district a rich range of apartments, from crossings to duplexes, penthouses with terraces and loft-style housing. The buildings are fully in line with today's concerns in terms of energy saving, sustainable development and respect for the environment and are Minergie labeled.

The district of Rionzi includes 2 realized projects:

Parallèle I & II

CCHE has developed the "Work and Live" concept in close cooperation with the municipality and the client. The idea of housing + workshop + parking space makes it possible to reconcile the constraints of the site with the current need for housing, by offering more than 4'000 m2 of workshops and 97 housing units.
