The magazine Nouvo of the RTS is interested in wooden constructions, mainly in the 14-storey tower of Malley Phare. The construction site is due to open in January 2022.

"With its 60 meters height and 14 floors, Malley Phare will be the first tower in wood structure in French-speaking Switzerland. A local material and much less polluting than concrete. The building will consist of flats, coworking spaces and a rooftop bar open to the public. Work will start in January 2022.
