The former Pastagala factory in Morges has begun its transformation into the European headquarters of Incyte Biosciences International.
CCHE, in charge of the interior transformation of the 10,000 m2 area, has developed a project that preserves the industrial memory of the place and favours clarity and transparency. The central area of the building, conceived as Piazza d'Espagna, becomes the core and heart of the building. It is also the fundamental element in the organisation of the space and the programme, which includes offices, a conference centre and a restaurant.
This project is part of the transformation of the whole area annexed to Morges station.
