All the dwellings in Prilly offer housing and activities in many diversified public spaces of quality. Each building has a rest area and greenery that is accessible from the side lane and guarantees a clear view of the southern landscape. The public space east of the dwellings of Prilly, where the activities are located, is a large covered space in the extension of the public transport stop (bus - futur tram).

Located on the South side, the 24 co-ownership by floor duplexes (buildings A to D) and the two duplexes for rent (building E) are inspired by urban villas.
They function the same way as a country pavilion: below, a large living room (living room-kitchen) with a double height opening to a private garden, and the night part is above. The south exposure guarantees a maximum of natural light.
The concrete structure is clad with a mixed facade alternating plaster and metal with discreet undulations. A white mesh unifies the whole project.
Les Logis de Prilly offers different types of housing, going from studios to duplexes with private gardens. Benefiting from a modern and luminous design, the 160 apartments are divided into six buildings.
The first four, on the west side, are reserved for the co-ownership by floor, while the two buildings on the Lausanne side are dedicated to rental. In the basement section along the road, the latter accommodate various activities, mainly doctors' offices, as well as a crèche which also has access to the gardens. The commune of Prilly asked for this kind of services.
These duplexes are made up of 96 co-ownership by floor apartments spread over five levels and 38 rental apartments on four levels, with the top floor reserved for attics. From the first floor upwards, these apartments, extended by loggias and generous terraces, enjoy a panoramic view on Lake Geneva, from Villeneuve to Geneva. All have triple-glazed windows.
In the stairwells, you will notice the touch of warmth provided by the natural wood (railings), the finesse of the metalwork (fall protection) and the terrazzo floors.
The signage developed for the whole district includes the marking of the 2 parking levels, entrance and pillars with a sober and qualitative graphic design.
The two basement levels have 164 indoor parking spots, complemented by 27 outdoor spots.
