With the delivery of Les Fabriques Ouest, another building in the Quartier de l'Etang comes to life. Building on its involvement in the rest of the district and in particular in block A | Les Atmosphères, the fitting out of these offices, totalling almost 7000 m2, has been entrusted to CCHE Nyon in collaboration with Edifea who will be responsible for the management of the works. This interior design project was born out of the desire to bring together the entire Gérofinance, Régie du Rhône, Barnes, Edifea and Valorim group under one roof in the Quartier de l'Etang.
While the offices benefit from a favourable frontage, the central spaces are organised around islands grouping together different functions designed to ensure the wellbeing of employees and facilitating new working methods: informal meeting areas hot desks, creative rooms, rooms for downtime, breastfeeding rooms, etc. The interior ambience is adapted to the different floors and to each company and its image: woodwork, strong colours and subdued lighting are combined with stone, metal and glass.
