Audemars Piguet’s new manufacture in Meyrin-Satigny exemplifies the convergence of industrial heritage and architectural innovation. Built on a former pharmaceutical site dating from the 1960s, the U-shaped building has been refurbished and extended with contemporary structures featuring large glazed façades. In this challenging context, CCHE led the site management, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and the quality standards expected by the client.
Working closely with FdMP architects and all technical consultants, we implemented Lean methods for site planning. This structured approach enabled us to coordinate all operations effectively, despite the complexity of integrating the new structure into the existing building. The original U-shaped layout, with its green inner courtyard, has been preserved and enhanced by a light, glazed architectural design, bringing transparency and fluidity to the production spaces.
Thanks to this rigorous coordination, the manufacture now offers a bright and harmonious working environment. The workshops are designed to make the most of natural light, and the fluid internal circulation promotes a friendly atmosphere among the teams. CCHE thus brings its project management expertise and process management skills to bear: as a trusted partner, our firm ensures precise execution that reflects Audemars Piguet’s watchmaking excellence.
