An architectural transformation in the service of education
The inauguration ceremony for Collège Mottier B brought together representatives from the municipality of Mont-sur-Lausanne, teaching staff, the general contractors involved in the project, EDIFEA and SIEMENS, as well as employees from CCHE. The event celebrated a major milestone in the modernisation and expansion of this historic school.
Designed by the CCHE architectural firm in 1977, this transformation and elevation project is part of an innovative approach that combines respect for heritage with contemporary requirements in terms of sustainability, comfort, and accessibility. Originally built by Frédéric Brugger, co-founder of CCHE, Building B was raised by two floors to increase its capacity without resorting to demolition.
