Last Thursday, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Maisons de Vignes project was held in the heart of Sierre’s future Plantassage neighbourhood. Our teams joined all the project stakeholders for the symbolic first turn of the soil.
CCHE is supporting the development of the future Plantassage neighbourhood from start to finish: seven buildings comprising 99 homes, including 29 for older residents, as well as a multidisciplinary health centre, a pharmacy and a day nursery. The project is designed around quality of life, social diversity and integration into the landscape.
Developed in close collaboration with the client, BRICKS AG, the project has been supported at every stage, from the detailed development plan (PAD) and the building permit obtained in July 2024 through to the detailed design stage. The external spaces were designed by our landscape architecture team, strengthening the project’s overall quality and coherence.
