CCHE set up in Porto in 2018, as part of its international efforts, with the objective of actively participating in Portugal’s economic and urban development by bringing the skills of a large Swiss office to a local structure. During its 5 years of activity, CCHE Porto Lda has continued to evolve to meet the numerous challenges of a dynamic and ever more demanding market.
To accompany this growth and ensure the continued existence of the CCHE group’s Portuguese subsidiary, Michael Pereira was appointed associate architect at the beginning of 2023 and joined Carolina Azevedo in the day-to-day management of the office. Involved from the outset in the subsidiary’s development and projects, Mr. Pereira has more than 15 years’ experience, which has enabled him to develop his skills in the management of international projects. His rigour and creativity strengthen the group's ambition to offer its entire client base regulated, ambitious, and high-quality architecture. In his new role, Mr. Pereira will strengthen the group's skills by analysing the local real estate market and carrying out projects in Portugal.
