This district of six buildings, including a building with about fifty apartments at moderate and subsidised rents, had, in addition to meeting the numerous normative and regulatory standards, to be able to integrate harmoniously into a site where constructions for rent of higher standing rub shoulders with buildings in co-ownership by floor, without being diminished by a lower qualitative impression stigmatising its final destination.
Developed with elegance and care, this building in the construction phase will integrate perfectly with the whole neighbourhood while respecting the initial socio-economic objectives.
