Located at Avenue de Cour 74 in Lausanne, this project combines energy renovation and architectural transformation to modernize an existing building while meeting today's challenges of sustainability and energy efficiency.
The project involves raising the height of the existing building by three new levels, creating 11 modern apartments offering enhanced quality of life and meeting today's standards.
At the same time, a complete energy renovation was carried out, including the replacement of all external joinery and the application of high-performance thermal insulation to the façades. The aim of this work is to significantly reduce the building's energy requirements, particularly for heating, while bringing it into line with current environmental and energy regulations.
The elevation and refurbishment respect the existing architecture while modernizing the building's visual appearance, blending harmoniously into its urban environment.
