The technicality and organization very present in the act of building naturally attracts me to obtain my engineering degree. The management of a project is similar to that of a company: to carry out a project as a team while respecting deadlines, costs and customer satisfaction.
I quickly discovered the world of construction with everything that motivates me in this activity: human relations, changing projects, new challenges.
It's a constantly evolving environment that requires keeping up to date with new technologies and best practices.
Construction allows us to measure the success of our efforts which materialize daily on the building sites, this palpable progress is a real motivation.
