At the end of May, a topping out ceremony was organised for the Ley Outre project in Crissier. This marked the end of the structural work and represented an opportunity to thank all the workers who have contributed to the success of this project.
The external works are currently under way and the buildings are close to being finished. It is hoped that the first tenants will be able to move in this autumn.
Enthusiasm for the project was underpinned by the recent open days, which were extremely well attended, confirming the appeal of this architecturally refined neighbourhood.
The construction management team is now concentrating on the finishing touches, future commissioning, and reception planning with the various departments.
Final delivery of the project is scheduled for early 2025.
