After several decades of commitment to CCHE, Franziska Lakomski and Marc Fischer, managing partners of CCHE Lausanne SA, are preparing to hand over their responsibilities gradually.
At the end of 2026, Franziska Lakomski will step down to focus on personal projects. Over almost 30 years at CCHE, she has made a major contribution to the group’s development and the growth of its Urban Planning division.
Marc Fischer will retire in mid-2027. During his career at CCHE, he has helped develop Interior Architecture, Transformation and Design and, more broadly, contributed to the group’s growth and profile.
Preparing the next generation is part of our responsibility as partners. What we are passing on today goes beyond roles or projects: it is a culture of collaboration, a commitment to quality and relationships of trust built with our clients over many years. This continuity is one of CCHE’s greatest strengths.

After more than ten years of close collaboration, Coralie Cuendet is gradually taking over Franziska Lakomski’s responsibilities in the Urban Planning division.
A carefully planned handover: Marc Fischer and Victoria Stoddart are supporting Sandrine Borloz and Attila Holló as they continue to develop Interior Architecture, Transformation and Design.
Passing on knowledge and responsibility is one of the founding principles of our governance. To ensure continuity in our activities and relationships with clients and partners, several new partners joined the partnership in 2024.
After more than ten years of close collaboration, Coralie Cuendet is gradually taking over Franziska Lakomski’s responsibilities. Meanwhile, Sandrine Borloz and Attila Holló are gradually succeeding Marc Fischer and now work alongside Victoria Stoddart to develop the Interior Architecture division.
This structure allows us to prepare transitions well in advance and gradually pass on knowledge, experience and responsibility.

This evolution illustrates a governance model based on the complementary strengths of different generations. Preparing the handover several years in advance safeguards the continuity of projects, expertise and trusted relationships, while making way for a new generation of partners.
