The Lausanne biometrics centre has been refurbished to allow the installation of new equipment and to cope with the ongoing increase in requests. The new facilities, opened by State Councillor Isabelle Moret, were customised to meet the specific needs of the biometrics centre. In particular, they were designed to increase the number of available devices, improve the flow of visitors, and provide furniture adapted to accommodate visitors of all ages. The work, also carried out by CCHE, began in July 2022, and was completed at the end of the year, with no interruption to the Centre's activity.
