The Italian restaurant chain has opened its new Luigia Academy centre in Meyrin.
The 700 m2 pavilion brings together under one roof a restaurant offering authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine, an Italian cookery school, a laboratory for culinary experimentation, and a research centre on the principles of the circular economy.
Located in the heart of "The Hive" campus, the building is part of the sustainable vision of the site. The green treatment of the roof has allowed the creation of a biodiversity zone visible from all the buildings on the site.
Composed of a single level, this glass and concrete pavilion represents a meeting place on the site.
