Change of use of a listed building
The Sébeillon SBB halls, an atypical industrial space, are now home to a space for sports and cultural activities. The transformation of the building, listed as an architectural heritage site (note 3), includes, among other things, a security upgrade, new locks and completely redesigned signage for the new use.
An exceptional achievement in terms of its function and size, the hall is made up of alternating vaults and low suspended slabs. The signage interventions are designed to define the perimeter of the site and make it visible while respecting the architecture of the building.
A metallic protection net allows to secure the installations in a discreet and elegant way. The signage interventions are preferably carried out on this net in order to preserve the building.
