The Gare Nord-Schenk district plan, which came into force definitively in 2020, now allows the project to redevelop the motorway junction with a view to creating the Gare Nord-Schenk district in Rolle.
This major project involves grouping the activities of the wine group in a new production site, as well as the conversion of an industrial site into a mixed neighborhood offering housing, activities and leisure.
