The Foz Nature project has won the ‘Best residential development, Portugal’ award at the 2024 European Property Awards (in the ‘Apartment Condominium / Development’ category). Of the 9 regions featured in the competition, this prize is awarded to the best property development.
Foz Nature, located in Porto, stands out for its innovative approach, one which brings together nature and architecture. Designed around a concept of ‘living in nature’, the project blurs the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors, with a fluid design that integrates the landscape, materials and interior architecture. It promotes spatial organization that enhances privacy while simultaneously facilitating pedestrian access. This unique approach merges everyday life with the natural environment.
The project, presented at the official awards ceremony in London, will benefit from international exposure alongside world-renowned architects, and will be featured in a book distributed in first and business class seats on the Emirates airline fleet.
