CCHE favors a territorial proximity to optimize its knowledge and its network at the local level and to serve its customers in the best possible way. Thus, a constellation of subsidiaries has been created over the last ten years.
CCHE Nyon, the first subsidiary of the Lausanne parent company and an example of the model's success, continues to grow and now employs nearly 30 people.
As a sign of confidence, its Board of Directors ratified a reduction in its membership and a redistribution of roles during its last general meeting.
Max Nack will take over as Chairman and his partner Stéphanie Suard Dancet as Vice-Chairman. Hannes Ehrensperger and Daniel Grosso are stepping down from these two positions while remaining members of the Board of Directors. Marco Cennini and Marc Fischer are stepping down from the Board and are thanked for their great contribution to the success of CCHE Nyon.
The renewed Board of Directors is already committed to the company's continued existence and sustainable development.
