We are proud to announce the launch of a new sector within CCHE : Landscape Architecture. In response to contemporary challenges such as global warming and the preservation of biodiversity, this development marks a key step in our commitment to creating sustainable and harmonious environments.
Why Landscape Architecture at CCHE?
Initiated several years ago, the creation of landscape architecture services within CCHE answers a particularly fundamental question: how can we go beyond building design to create inclusive environments which are capable of responding to both current and future societal challenges? We firmly believe that outdoor spaces must be considered with as much care as the building architecture itself. Simply put, our projects are not simply limited to the design of structures, but also extend to the creation of landscapes that complement, enrich and magnify them, with the aim of offering a superior quality of life to those who use them.
A multidisciplinary approach for a lasting impact
Landscape architecture at CCHE embodies a holistic vision in which social spaces, nature and the environment work together as one. Within this new sector, we are responding to the growing need to treat empty spaces not simply as transition zones, but rather as key elements of the user experience. Landscape architecture allows us to create synergies between built spaces and their natural environment, while simultaneously addressing crucial issues such as resource management, climate change adaptation, and the promotion of biodiversity. Our multi-disciplinary approach aims to create spaces that enhance biodiversity and give living things their own rightful place in the surrounding environment.
Innovation and legislation : a framework for the future
The integration of digital tools, such as parametric algorithms, 3D models and design assistance tools, is transforming the way we design, plan and build projects. Thanks to these tools, we can explore a multitude of variations and scenarios based on specific parameters such as topography, climatic conditions or traffic flows. This non-linear approach allows us to design spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, while also meeting environmental, economic and social requirements.
A future connected to nature
This new sector represents a unique opportunity for CCHE to answer key questions: Why is landscape architecture so important in today’s world? How can we not only create buildings, but also shape the spaces that surround them so that they harmoniously fit in with the environment?
Through its Landscape Architecture services, CCHE reinforces its commitment to climate action and biodiversity, while also offering current and future generations pleasant spaces to live.
