CCHE recently attended the MIPIM 2024 event in Cannes, where Victoria Stoddart, Architect - Partner Board member CCHE Lausanne SA, and Frédéric Ducrest, Architect - Partner Board member CCHE Genève SA were able to meet and exchange ideas on the Horizon Léman stand. Over four days, the exhibition brought together the international real estate community, enabling everyone involved to explore new opportunities to help support and accelerate the transformation of the real estate sector.
The comprehensive event programme included a round-table discussion where the role of artificial intelligence for professionals in the field was discussed. Victoria Stoddart talked about the influence of AI tools on the architectural profession, and in particular the steps required before implementation in an office environment.
To support its development, a digital strategy has been implemented within CCHE for several years now. It has aimed to anticipate the use of these tools by deploying new workflows and information management platforms. The preparation and quality of data, together with a culture of interdisciplinary collaboration, are key to meeting the digital challenges of project design, modelling, and visualisation.
