For the second year running, CCHE attended IMMO25, an event organized by The Swiss Property Fair in Zürich. This is an unmissable opportunity for all those involved in real estate, contemporary architecture, and urban planning.
During the two-day event, our team (comprised of Hannes Ehrensperger (Architect - Managing Partner), Joel Engler (Project Manager - Landscape Architect/Urbanist), Christoph Schmid (Development Project Manager - Member of the Management Board), Michelle Ehrensperger (Business Developer), Yoan Brocard (CFO - Partner), Gilles Genoux (Architect - Partner) and Stefany Velasquez Sarria (Architect)) had the opportunity to discuss the current challenges facing the real estate industry as well as the issues being faced by stakeholders in the sector. They also presented information about our innovative architectural solutions.
It was also an opportunity for CCHE representation at the “Living, working, living: the new reality” round table discussion. Hannes Ehrensperger and Joel Engler spoke alongside Prof. Dr. Donato Scognamiglio (Cantonal Councillor ZH and real estate expert), and Sandro Piffaretti (owner and Chairman of the Board of Swiss Automotive Group AG). Discussions focused on the major transformations being witnessed in living and working environments as a result of social change.
This second attendance enabled CCHE to consolidate its presence at major real estate events, while simultaneously confirming its role as a key player in the development of sustainable, visionary architectural and urban planning solutions.
