The traditional "topping out", marking the end of the structural work on building B2, was held on Thursday 28 October to thank the workers and employees of the partner companies involved in the project. This new milestone marks the completion of the development of the new Suettaz district, which is set to be an exemplary project.
Human well-being has been at the heart of the project from the outset, and is reflected in the quality of the flats, landscaping and layout of the blocks, designed encourage interaction in a greener neighbourhood.
Building B2, which opens onto Route de Divonne, is the first of four buildings in the neighbourhood. Owned by SCHL, the building meets Minergie P-eco standards and comprises 45 affordable housing units, as well as a food shop on the ground floor and an underground car park.
