The Manoir de Haute Roche, an emblematic building in the Vallée de Joux and one of the first buildings in Switzerland to be made of reinforced concrete, is currently in need of major renovation.
To this end, the architectural mandate is entrusted exclusively to CCHE with the objective of increasing the site's value, notably by developing different scenarios of use (coworking area, seminars, exhibition space, etc...) and to accompany the owner in his search for a buyer.
