The result of a close collaboration between CCHE's interior architects and the client, Urban Project SA, these new offices mark a new era for the company.
As a major property developer in Switzerland, and in the shadow of mega-projects such as the Étang district, the Jardins de la Pâla in Bulle, and the Cailler chocolate park in Broc, Urban Project wanted to bring its Geneva teams together in a single head office - Les Atmosphères block, an iconic building in the Étang district.
Inaugurated in mid-September 2023, the new offices perfectly portray the company's image. The architecture highlights the company's forward-thinking, contemporary image, with modern, designer decor that looks more like a 5-star hotel than a series of traditional offices. The different areas have been designed to meet today's needs, with, for example, a restroom, a 'thinking room' to inspire creativity, and different sized conference rooms, each with its own individual ambience.
Another aspect of Urban Project reflected in the new offices is the company's commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. "We've retained the glass-walled offices to maintain a certain sense of openness. However, each office is secured by a badge to ensure discretion for each client project managed by the company’s employees," adds Xavier Jeanneret, Managing Director of Urban Project.
No detail was left to chance; the choice of materials and furniture, the harmonious blend of materials and textures, the lighting, as well as the olfactive signature.
