The "La Feuillère" district in Lausanne is characterised by the modern and ecological design of its five buildings set in a flowery meadow, through which the inhabitants of the district walk or cycle back to their flats.
The volumetric rigour of the 5 light-coloured granite monoliths is counterbalanced by the free layout of the site, providing generous perspectives and spaces for the inhabitants, who thus benefit from a meeting place.
The façades are punctuated by large windows and loggias that provide each flat with an intimate outdoor space. The gabled roofs of the buildings are inhabited by large flats benefiting from the particular geometry of the roof.
For this neighbourhood of 10 buildings housing a landscaped park, we have devised a visual identity that represents the contemporary, calm and green spirit of the site. Applied to the problem of both exterior and interior signage, this identity becomes an information support and signs the place in a functional and integrated way, with formal and colourful touches.
The visitor only has to let himself be guided according to the chosen ramification ...
