A city made to measure
As in stages I and II, the concept provides for the purification of the exterior and interior lines and finishes, as well as the integration of technical elements. The construction is intended to be innovative, in particular by conforming to the requirements of the Minergie label. Celgene thus becomes the first private site in Switzerland to be entirely designed according to this standard.
Developed on three levels, the building houses an employee entrance, conference rooms, auditoria and two stairwells on the ground floor. Floors 1 and 2 house coffee corners, closed and open space offices and 2 small conference rooms. Offices, a V.I.P. conference room with an adjoining lounge and a tea corner are located on the third floor, which is surrounded by a spacious balcony terrace. The building is of a high standard, with quality materials and customised design: nothing is standard in this building.
Everything, from the coloured glasses in the conference rooms to the signage, was specially designed according to the client's wishes. The interior architecture conceives the spaces of a city in the development of the building and offers beautiful, sober and relaxing spaces.
