The "Rubans" project to transform the Tuilerie district in Epalinges has been recognised with two certifications: provisional SNBS-Building Gold and Minergie P certification, attesting to a strong commitment to combining energy performance and quality of life for future occupants.
The aim of the project is to restore a sense of cohesion to the entire neighbourhood while strengthening social ties and enhancing the living environment, an initiative that places sustainability at the heart of its design.
This double certification adds to the previous recognition of "Rubans'" architectural quality, the result of a design/construction competition won in partnership with Complex Bau on behalf of Swisslife.
This double distinction underlines the project's commitment to a responsible and visionary approach for the future, illustrating how construction can contribute to a sustainable future.
