On an old vineyard acquired in 1968, our client has developed an exceptional place to live. Over the years, his vision has helped him shape his land in accordance with the current principles of sustainable development. His garden, with its exceptional flora and fauna, has been developed empirically in total harmony with nature and the specific characteristics of the land.
CCHE developed a project based on two fundamentals: to preserve this natural biotope while increasing the density of the building infrastructure. In order to guarantee its long-term preservation in legal and planning terms, the garden has been registered by our landscape architecture sector in the ICOMOS, inventory.
