The Malley Lumières center in Prilly, property of Suva, is about to experience a new evolution. The Malley Phare building, which is being investigated this Wednesday, November 18, 2020, plans to extend the western part of the shopping center with the first tower in wood structure in French-speaking Switzerland with active photovoltaic facades. With a height of 60 meters, this architectural symbol will accommodate about 200 inhabitants and is intended to be an exemplary object from an energy and socio-cultural point of view.
