The aim of the competition was to design the new headquarters of the Directorate-General for the Environment (DGE), in order to bring its various departments together on a single site.
We chose a round shape, a symbol of unity. The central unifying space allows an optimal distribution of surfaces. The organization of the platforms allows to go from public to private by optimizing the distances.
