The CCHE Sailing Team was born from an internal initiative at the beginning of 2023. It is made up of around fifteen employees from different levels, both experienced and beginners, who sail on a "Grand Surprise" yacht, the Silène.
Several weekly outings are organised, led by 4 to 6 members of the crew. These are unique moments of team cohesion, where sharing knowledge and helping each other are the order of the day.
Anticipation, organisation, coordination, teamwork, and communication are all values and principles that are applied on a daily basis when managing CCHE projects.
During the first outings, the talents and skills of each person are revealed, and roles are assigned to create complementary crews in a collective spirit. Because on this small surface, it's the whole team that has to collaborate and work together to be synchronised and efficient.
Rigour in sailing, as in work, is essential if we are to evolve in the most productive way possible. The teams have already had the opportunity to put their learning into practice during their participation in the Geneva - Rolle - Geneva and Bol d'Or 2023 regattas! It's an unforgettable experience, and a great way to share a common passion.
