Perspectives Construction SA offers turnkey property development services for general and total contracting agreements, with guaranteed prices and deadlines. It defends the interests of its customers throughout the development and completion process. As Perspectives Construction SA is the sole point of contact, it means that customers can be less involved. Since its inception, Perspectives Construction has worked on a wide range of projects, from commercial premises to housing complexes, and has also specialized in energy renovations, with sustainability at the heart of its concerns. Alegoria digital SA
Since 2020, CCHE has brought together a specialized group of parametric designers, BIM specialists and architects (CCHE Digital). This group develops digital tools to support project design work. Alegoria digital SA, created by CCHE in 2024, aims to meet future challenges by developing customized digital solutions for those working in architecture, real estate and innovation. This new company is an extension of the CCHE group and aims to develop software and programs to meet operational, organizational and communication challenges, all of which are tailored to the needs and objectives of its customers and their projects.

Formed from the convergence of our technical construction industry knowledge and associated legal awareness, Énode SA specializes in building works certification. Born from the desire to be able to offer unrivalled expertise related to the state of buildings, it was founded on the values of integrity and quality. All the group's professional skills are put to good use in assessing situations with a view to preventing or settling disputes. Reports are systematically reviewed by a legal team specializing in construction and property law. The result is technically and legally relevant analyses.
